RAFFLE RULES

1. SCOPE

Purple Boost, Tax ID number G22836480 hereinafter referred to as the ASSOCIATION) will promote an initiative called the “Toronto KOI T-shirt Giveaway” (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”), aimed solely and exclusively at all those who participate in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these rules. From among all active members who December 1, 2025 A drawing will be held to select two (2) winners, who will receive a Toronto KOI T-shirt as a prize.

2. PURPOSE OF THE RAFFLE

The purpose of this raffle is to raffle off (2) Toronto KOI T-shirts (one purple and one white, both size L) donated by an anonymous member among all active members as of December 1, 2025.

3. AWARD

The result of the draw will be announced via our ASSOCIATION’s official Twitter account after contacting the winners. To this end, two (2) winners will be chosen per draw on December 1, 2025, and the ASSOCIATION will contact the winners to confirm that they wish to receive the gift.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be exchanged, altered, compensated, or transferred by the winner. Likewise, the prize donated by an anonymous member is personal and non-transferable, so it will only be given to the winner.

4. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

The draw will begin on November 25 and end on December 1, 2025.
The ASSOCIATION reserves the right to modify the duration of the Draw, after public notification via its official Twitter account, and to modify or change these terms and conditions in whole or in part, as well as to postpone, interrupt, or terminate the Draw at any time.

5. PARTICIPANTS AND RULES OF PARTICIPATION

The Draw is open to anyone who meets the above requirements. The “Participant” or “Participants” must meet the following requirements:

Participants will have one entry per participant. The ASSOCIATION reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from this Draw any Participant who violates the rules of good faith, exhibits deceitful or inappropriate behavior, uses fraudulent means, or fails to comply with these rules in any way.
All members of the board of directors are excluded from the draw and if they are selected as winners, the process will be repeated to designate another winner.

6. DRAW MECHANICS AND SELECTION OF WINNERS

To select the winner of the draw, the random winner selection tool from App-sorteos, Easypromos, Agora Pulse, Sorteados, or a similar tool will be used.
For this purpose, all participants who have met the above requirements and do not incur any of the causes for disqualification mentioned in the previous section will be included.
Two (2) winners will be drawn from among all participants in the draw.

7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The ASSOCIATION will contact each winner individually to inform them of the prize they have won in the Draw. The winner will have 24 hours to respond, using the same method of communication, to accept or decline the prize and to provide their contact details. If they do not respond to the message within the specified time frame, it will be understood that they have declined the prize.
The ASSOCIATION is not responsible for being unable to contact the winner and, consequently, for not being able to award the prize due to incorrect information being provided and/or technical problems. In this case, a new winner will be sought.
Acceptance of the prize by the winner implies consent to the ASSOCIATION using their username for informational purposes.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RAFFLE

Participation in the Draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions by each of the Participants.
Likewise, the ASSOCIATION shall not be liable if, for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure, the Draw cannot be carried out in accordance with any of the terms specified above, with no obligation on the part of the organizers other than to publish the new rules by similar means to those used for the initial dissemination of the Draw.

9. DUTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY

All winners, by virtue of their participation in this Draw, undertake to maintain secrecy and confidentiality regarding any data or information to which they have access in connection with the Draw in general. This applies regardless of the medium in which the information is accessed, whether oral, written, or by any other means.
This obligation shall remain in force throughout the duration of the process and even after it has ended for any reason.

10. LIABILITY

The ASSOCIATION disclaims any liability whatsoever in the organization and conduct of the Draw and, in particular, by way of example but not limited to, shall not be liable for:
Any breaches or infringements of any kind related to this Draw, and disclaims any liability whatsoever in the event of loss suffered by Participants in relation to the prize and other aspects of this Draw.
The misuse of prizes by the winners thereof.
In the event that there is an error in the information provided by the winner that prevents their identification.
Malfunctioning of postal services (it expressly accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, or any other circumstance attributable to postal services that may affect the delivery of the prize) or telephone and/or electronic communication networks that prevent the proper running of the Draw for reasons beyond their control, particularly due to external acts of bad faith.
For any damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the services through which users participate, to the disappointment of the usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, but not exclusively, to failures in accessing the various pages and sending responses via the internet, or telephone communications enabled for this purpose.
Likewise, the Participant waives any liability and shall hold harmless the ASSOCIATION and its collaborators from any claim as a result of damages, whether physical or of any other nature, that may be suffered by the winning Participants due to any action or omission not attributable to them and that may arise from the activity carried out with the prize awarded.
Furthermore, the ASSOCIATION expressly reserves the right to:
Modify or suspend the Draw, provided there is a justified cause or for reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being carried out, and with the commitment to communicate the new rules and/or conditions, or, where applicable, the definitive cancellation, sufficiently in advance.
Exchange the prize for another of equal or greater value when there is just cause or for reasons of force majeure.
Postpone or extend the period of the Draw, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
In this regard, the ASSOCIATION undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data provided, to use it in accordance with the purpose for which it has been requested, and to take all measures to prevent its alteration or loss, and to prevent its unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
Remove from the Draw for justified reasons any user who defrauds, alters, or disrupts the proper functioning and normal and regulatory course of the Draw.

11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 on General Data Protection, as well as any applicable national law, we inform you that the ASSOCIATION will process the personal data you provide us with by virtue of your participation in the Draw for the following purposes and only if you have consented to them by checking the relevant boxes:
Participation and conduct of the Draw: The ASSOCIATION will include your personal data as a Participant in the draw in order to conduct the draw, contact you if you are a winner, and manage the correct execution of the prize.
In this regard, the ASSOCIATION undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data provided, to use it in accordance with the purpose for which it has been requested, and to take all measures to prevent its alteration or loss, and to prevent its unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
The legal basis for data processing is the consent given by each Participant.
Participants’ personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the conduct of the Draw and for the legal periods that may be applicable. The data used for sending commercial communications and profiling will be kept indefinitely, unless the Participant requests to be removed from the ASSOCIATION.
Participants shall have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request its deletion or, where appropriate, request the limitation of its processing, when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. To do so, they may send a written communication to the email address info@purpleboost.org, specifying their request and including a photocopy of their national identity card or equivalent supporting documentation. Finally, we inform you that you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency and other competent public bodies for any claim arising from the processing of your personal data.
